Can you use Remote Control Access to access a messed up computer!!????
I have a problem,my other computer i just keeps rebooting and rebooting over and over, so i need to get a hold of my files without using system restore, can i access my messed up computer using remote access service through another to grab my stuff???
No remote control access is to control another computer using your own computer, but ONLY if the other computer is turned on and obviously working.
If you cannot access the other computer since it keeps rebooting, you won’t be able to establish a connection to control it remotely.
If you need your files but the computer won’t work then I suggest removing the hard drive and attaching it to a working computer as a slave to transfer your files. You could also put it in a USB hard drive enclosure to transfer the files off the broken computer.
